My Jewelry Marketing

For independent jewelry stores

Ads created directly from your product page. Based on our free marketing strategy.

Create your free marketing strategy

A full strategy for a sample store, built from published Census figures — or enter your own web address and see yours.

A tablet and a phone standing on a marble slab, both showing the same sample social media advertisement for a sample jewelry store, Harbour & Vine — a photograph of a yellow gold ring with an emerald-cut diamond above the words “New in store” and a Shop Now button — with that same ring resting on the marble in front of them.

Send us a product link. What comes back is built on research, not guesswork.

The marketing strategy

Evidence, not opinion.

Every store here gets a complete Facebook marketing strategy — what to post, who it speaks to, when, and why. Nothing in it is a hunch dressed up as a finding. It is assembled from three things, and you can inspect all of them.

01

A year of jewelry marketing research

155 published sources — platform documentation, consumer surveys, measured studies, trade press — each graded by how it was measured: on jewelry, on retail generally, or not measured at all. The figures in your plan cite the source they came from, with the sample size wherever the publisher disclosed one.

02

Census figures for your own trade area

Your strategy reads the U.S. Census figures for the postal codes around your store — population, ages, incomes, households. The audience numbers in your plan are local figures you can verify, not national averages wearing your store name.

03

What your store publishes about itself

Your website, your Google listing, the public details of your Facebook page. What you sell and how you describe yourselves shapes the plan — and everything read is shown back to you for correction. Where two sources disagree, you see the disagreement rather than a silent guess.

What gets worked out from them

  1. A posting pace you can sustain.

Worked out from your trade-area size and the time a store owner actually has — not a quota.

  2. A still-to-video mix.

Counted from a content mix that rests on measured format performance, so the summary and the calendar can never disagree.

  3. 7 audience groups, each with a share of the month.

Who each post speaks to — bridal, self-purchase, repair, and the rest — with local evidence beside every share.

  4. A seasonal calendar with honest lead times.

21 selling moments across the year, each with how far ahead its content needs to start.

  5. A posting schedule, week by week.

Themes, timing windows, and a plain note on what posting times are actually worth — which is less than most vendors imply.

  6. Education topics and store events.

Drawn from 100 questions jewelry customers really ask, and 52 in-store event formats with three suggested every month.

Where the evidence runs out, your plan says so.

No figure is invented to fill a gap. And your plan never claims to read your Facebook page’s performance — that requires Facebook’s own permission process — so every number in it traces back to something you can check yourself.

Hear it explained

A walkthrough of a real strategy, section by section — where each part comes from and how a store uses it. Just under three minutes.

Packages

Two ways to work together.

No contracts. No minimums. Month to month, cancel anytime. Most marketing companies want you locked in for a year; we would rather you stay because it works.

Studio

$1,000a month

No contract, cancel anytime.

Upload up to 12 pieces from your website each month. We turn them into your Facebook page.

16 posts a month

  • 4product spotlight videos, one piece each, animated from your own product photos
  • 4education carousels, about 10 slides each, answering the questions your customers actually ask
  • 8image posts: new arrivals, gift guides, birthstones, your services, your hours
  • Every post captioned in your store’s voice, not ours, and posted to your Facebook page for you — on a schedule built for your town.
  • A full brand kit in your first month: cleaned-up logo, animated logo, colors, fonts, service icons and a guidelines sheet. Yours to keep.
  • A one-page report on the 1st: what reached the most people, and what we are doing next month.

Facebook only. We post; you answer your own comments and messages. Itemized, this is about $2,000 a month of work. For stores anywhere in the US.

On-Location

$2,400a month

No contract, cancel anytime.

Once a month we come to your store and film — your cases, your counter, your people and your pieces under a macro lens.

20 posts a month

  • 4videos filmed in your store: what just came in, a piece on a hand in your own light, your staff talking about what they love
  • 4product spotlight videos, one piece each, shot on the day
  • 4education carousels, about 10 slides each, answering the questions your customers actually ask
  • 8image posts from the shoot and your calendar: new arrivals, gift guides, birthstones, your services, your hours
  • Drone footage of your storefront in your first month — and again when the outside changes: holiday lights, a new sign, a new season.
  • Every post captioned in your store’s voice, not ours, and posted to your Facebook page for you.
  • The same brand kit as Studio in your first month. Yours to keep.
  • A one-page report on the 1st: what reached the most people, and what we are doing next month.

Facebook only. We post; you answer your own comments and messages. Itemized, this is about $4,000 a month of work. For stores within three hours of Dallas.

Add-ons, either tier

  • Extra carousel or spotlight video$150. On Studio, also the path past 12 uploads.
  • Holiday pack: 8 extra posts, Nov 1 to Dec 24$350. Either tier.
  • Facebook boostsAt cost, rebilled. A separate invoice line, never taxed. We recommend $100 to $300 a month on the two strongest posts.

How the Facebook posting works

  1. Connect your page once

You authorise your store’s Facebook page from the portal. We never ask for your password.

  2. Your plan sets day and time

Not a guess — each slot comes from your marketing strategy, down to the weekday and the hour.

  3. We queue it ahead

Scheduled in advance, so the season is handled before it starts. You can see the queue and change or cancel anything in it.

Billed on the 1st for the month ahead. October through February, the month is built around Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and Valentine's Day. Cancel anytime — your paid month runs in full, scheduled posts still go out, and your brand kit and every posted piece stay with your store.

Built for independent jewelers

Made for the way a small store actually works.

This platform was built for stores where the person asking for marketing is also serving customers, ordering inventory, and closing up at night. It asks for as little as possible and explains every step.

  • Family-owned jewelry stores
  • Independent retailers
  • Store owners and managers
  • Bridal specialists
  • Custom jewelers
  • Local jewelry businesses

The product link workflow

One link is the whole starting point.

Most of the information needed to market a piece is already on the product page. Paste the link and the platform reads what it can, so you are not re-typing specifications or hunting for photos.

  1. 01You paste the original product-page link.
  2. 02The system tries to collect the product information and images from that page.
  3. 03You review what was found and correct anything that looks wrong.
  4. 04If the page cannot be read automatically, your request is still accepted.
  5. 05We review the product page by hand.
  6. 06You are never asked to troubleshoot a website problem.

You do not need to download the product photos first.

Product retrieval is a convenience, not a guarantee. Some jewelry websites cannot be read automatically. When that happens your request still goes through and we handle it manually — you will not be asked to fix anything.

What you can request

Three kinds of content to start.

The first version keeps the choices short on purpose: a product spotlight image, a product spotlight video, or an educational video.

Product spotlight image

One piece, presented on its own.

Product spotlight image

A single still image sized for your feed.

A deep teal-blue emerald-cut gemstone in a brushed platinum ring, photographed on smoked glass and dark slate.

Educational video

The stone, the setting, how to care for it.

A jewellery photography setup: a camera on a tripod aimed at a ring on a limestone riser, with a studio light and a monitor behind.

Product spotlight video

Filmed and reviewed before it reaches you.

Representative editorial visuals created for this website. Not actual client work or store inventory.

Inside your portal

Everything in one place.

When you sign in, the first screen answers three questions: what should I do next, what have I submitted, and is anything waiting for me.

Not a jewelry store?

There are two other ways to work with us — bringing stores to the platform, or making the work itself.

Become an affiliate

If you already work with independent jewelers, introduce them to us. You get a referral link of your own, you look after your own stores, and you earn a share of what they spend for as long as they stay.

Work with us

Designers, video editors, writers and social media specialists. You get a proper brief, the store’s brand and approved photography, a due date — and you only ever see the work assigned to you.
